El Paso native Oscar Alvarado has consistently ranked among the city’s top real estate professionals since entering the field in 2008. Passionate about finding the best buying and selling opportunities for clients in the city he loves, he is ranked in the top 250 agents by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), an organization with over 80,000 members and more than 80 chapters nationwide. In 2020, he served as the president of NAHREP’s El Paso Chapter.
 
Prior to his career in real estate, Oscar worked in the banking industry for 17 years, an experience that taught him the importance of educating clients to empower them to make the best financial decisions. Known for his calm, patient manner, he takes the time to build strong relationships and never pressures clients to make choices before they are ready. Inclusive and welcoming, he enjoys working with clients from a variety of backgrounds.
 
Oscar believes in using the latest technology to find his clients the best homes on the market and position their listings for optimal success. A graduate of the Texas REALTORS Leadership Program, he takes his role as an industry leader seriously and has earned a reputation for integrity among his clients and peers. Although he thrives in the competition of the busy El Paso market, Oscar believes in always doing the right thing — both for his clients and as a member of the real estate community.
